House and Land Package – Regents Park

Regents Park
Location: Suburb of Logon City, 25 km (20 min) from Brisbane CBD
Population: 10,657

Regents Park is a residential suburb of Logan City, immediately south-west of Browns Plains and 22 km south of central Brisbane. Access from Brisbane is by Beaudesert Road and Mount Lindesay Highway. Regents Park has three schools, all primary: a Catholic school (1982), Yugambir State (1986) and Regents Park State (1994).

The suburb of Regents Park was created out of the continuing growth of nearby Browns Plains — one of the fastest growing areas of Logan City — with the burgeoning suburb split into two smaller suburbs, Heritage Park and Regents Park.
Located next to Browns Plains is the exclusive suburb of Forestdale, which has properties worth up to two million dollars, ensuring the area around Browns Plains is one of the most desirable within the Logan Shire and this is reflected in its vibrant property market.

Regents Park is set in leafy surrounds and has a mix of old and new homes. Many are brick-and-tile, with the newer homes rendered. Both low-set and high-set homes can be found in the suburb. The area has children’s playgrounds and quiet cul-de-sacs, making Regents Park popular with young families.

The major shopping centre Grand Plaza, in neighbouring Browns Plains, features hundreds of specialty shops. Grand Plaza Shopping Centre is home to Big W, Target & Kmart, PLUS Woolworths, Coles & Aldi. The centre also boasts an Event Cinema Complex including VMAX, dine-in Pizza Hut, family restaurants, Woolworths Plus Petrol station and over 150 specialty stores.
